ARSON FIRE SAUCY SUGGESTIONS.

Stir Fried Vege-ta-bubbles.

Stir fry and flash your favourite veggies in a blob of butter and a teaspoon of olive oil. Season and sizzle on a high heat for just 5 minutes, (you want Al Dente’ not Al Dentures!) Add 1 tbsp of Arson Fire Marmalade, toss over the heat for another minute or so and….tadaaaaaa!!

Chicken Parm-Oh-Zam!!!

Slice a chicken breast in half to create 2 thin steaks. Bathe in egg whites and baste in bread crumbs then bake at 200C until 75C all through!

Remove and cover in a blanket of bechamel then liberally or flamboyantly drizzle with Arson Fire Dipping Sauce! Add some chorizo slices, cover in mature cheddar, parmesan and grill until gooey!

Roast Gammon - a nom - nom!

Score the fat and scintillatingly season. Cover loosely in foil and nuke in the oven as per cooking instructions!

Once cooked, slather & smother in Arson Fire Marmalade and return to the oven for 5 minutes without the foil for a zingtastic glaze!

Saucy Cheese a’la Toast.

Give a tangy twist to your Welsh rarebit! Slather, smear or smother Arson Fire Chilli Dipping Sauce onto mature cheddar cheese before grilling.

Baked Camembert (Sweet dreams are made of Cheese!)

Bake your Camembert in its wooden base for 15 mins at 200C. Slit the top and add 1 tbsp of Arson Fire Marmalade and return to the oven to fester for 5 more minutes.

Dip, Dip, Dip…..Hooray!!

Hunters (and gatherers) Chicken.

Encapsulate a chicken breast in streaky beer-can rashers and bake in the oven at 180C. Test with a temperature probe and when it’s coolest point is 75C remove from the oven.

Now let’s get naughty! Smother said bacon with Arson Fire Raspberry Jam and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for a dish that’s the absolute puppies privates!
